Ab Attack
The name says it all! These classes offer a different approach to working on everyone's trouble spot - the abdominals.

 
Muscle Pump
Muscle Pump
In this strength and core training class participants are coached through a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Free weights, exercise balls, tubing, benches and Body Bars (padded barbells) add variety and cross training to this class.

Training Camp
Training Camp, a combination of boot camp and sports' training, provides every participant the unique package of in-your-face hard core strength training, functional conditioning, cardiovascular training, and stretching. Medicine balls, agility ladders, stability balls, bands, and kettlebells are among the many devices used to make this workout so well rounded. The classes are intense and will get you in shape!

Cycling
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning. You can vary your programs so that you can alternate between fitness and fat burning, or a program that includes both. And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.

Step
Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!

 
Pilates
Pilates
These classes offer you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.

Yoga
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.

YOGA / SUN SALUTATION is an ancient form of movement that promotes mental clarity, stress control, and general well being. Each class is designed to build strength and flexibility through yoga poses and balances as well as inspires peace and tranquility.

VINYASA YOGA links postures in a flowing, dynamic movement sequence accompanied by deep rhythmic breathing creating strength, postural integration and radiant health.

YOGA for Every "BODY" is a blend of stretching and yoga that will improve your balance, flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Modifications are shown for members with restricted movement.

GENTLE YOGA is for members wanting all the benefits of yoga at a slower, less strenuous pace, excellent for all fitness levels.

Stretching
Participants follow the instructor through active stretching series while gradually increasing range of motion and flexibility.

Learn to step or cycle on Saturdays at 11:30. By Reservation only. Call or sign-up at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. (minimum of 3 to hold class)
