Brien 'Mac' McMurray
Brien McMurray is C.S.C.S. Certified and came to us with 31 years of teaching in the Anne Arundel County School System. As a former assistant to the strength and conditioning program of the University of Maryland, College Park, along with 21 years of high school football coaching and 17 years of lacrosse coaching, he is well experienced in sports training. He also has his M.A. in Exercise Physiology and has been a featured speaker at many state and county Teachers & Coaches Conventions. He works with clients ranging from everyday Joe’s to some of the area’s best young athletes. Let Mac help you with your fitness and sport's goals.
Tiffany Parker
Tiffany Parker is a Certified Personal Trainer and has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She grew up locally and excelled in soccer and basketball. She now works with clients of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. She trains many of our female clientele and is popular with anyone looking for weight loss and toning. Whether you are looking for one-on-one training or if you want to work with a small group, Tiffany can work with you. She also teaches two of our Ab Attack classes, so get ready for that six-pack!
Chris Volker
Chris is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and received a Letter of Recognition for Personal Training from Anne Arundel Community College. He has 15 years of experience in competitive athletics in which he excelled in lacrosse and wrestling. Chris was an Old Mill Lacrosse MVP and a 3 time All Anne Arundel County Wrestler. This, along with his ongoing training education, has better prepared Chris to help you get to your next level. Whether you are looking to just live or feel better or if you are want a clear edge over your competition, Chris has a workout for you!
Kerry York
Kerry York, a Certified Personal Trainer, started all 4 years playing soccer at Severna Park High School and was the Team Captain her senior year. She was the 2001 Gatorade High School Player of the Year in Maryland, an All-State 1st Team and All-Metro 1st Team selection. Kerry then moved on to Florida State University, where she was an ACC Honor Roll student, a scholarship athlete and starting goalkeeper while she was earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. Kerry played in the NCAA Division 1 Soccer Sweet 16 and Final Four. During this time she was also a part of the Olympic Development Program. No matter if your goals are better conditioning, post-rehabilitation, or sport specific training, Kerry has something to offer you.
Kass Humphreys

Kass is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and is excited to be a part of the Sport Fit team. She understands the busy schedule and demands of parenthood and the importance of caring for ourselves as well as our family. “Through exercise and a healthy diet, we can enjoy and thrive in our active lives.” Though Kass grew up on the soccer field and in the competitive sailing world, she is always up for a new challenge. She discovered the fun of raquetball in college, and more recently kick boxing and running. For more than a decade her passion has been working out in the gym. She loves finding new exercises to enhance muscle definition and overall balance in the body. Her philosophy: “Each client is treated as a unique individual. I provide functional training for stability, balance, muscle growth and cardio improvement. I’m energetic and creative and am focused on improving the quality of life of each client.”
Brett Miller

Brett is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and has recently completed his 5 years of active duty service as a Combat Medic for the United States Army including a 16 month tour in Iraq. Because of his expertise in his field Brett was chosen to teach over 1,000 soldiers combat lifesaving skills in preparation for deployment to Iraq. Upon returning from Iraq Brett was chosen from over 60 medics to work first hand with the Brigade Physical Therapist to rehabilitate injured soldiers. Brett also aided in the creation and implementation of an innovative new combat-based physical training program for the Army. The Ranger Athlete Warrior Program works on weight-training, agility, cardio training, stability, and full body motions to create a well-balanced body. With these skills Brett will help you create the body you need to live a healthy and active life.
Christine Norris
Christine is an ACE certified personal trainer and a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. Growing up, Christine participated in a variety of sports. It wasn*t until her senior year of high school when Christine took a weight training course that her passion for health and fitness blossomed. Upon entering college, Christine took a variety of health and nutrition classes and soon declared Kinesiology as her major. Christine loves yoga, strength training, running and is working towards her first marathon. Since she believes strength training is a necessity to any exercise program, Christine encourages women of all ages to participate in resistance training. Christine's typical client is the busy woman looking to lose weight or feel better. She also trains males and females of any age, shape and exercise level. There's no better time to start than now!
Danny O'Malley
Danny comes to us with a strong passion for innovative training techniques and the cutting edge science that supports them. He excels at getting the most out of his clients and helping them reach, and in many cases, exceed their potential. Danny is currently seeking his undergraduate degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science and already has a strong base of knowledge to share with his clients. Danny is energized by watching his clients learn and progress through their programs and loves working with a diverse group of clients. Along with being a trained boxer, he loves incorporating his background in boxing into his clients workouts for a great cardio challenge. One workout with Danny and you will not be able to wait for another.
