Aqua Aerobics
Pools are not just for swimming anymore! Many forms of exercise, from yoga to running to physical therapy have taken to the water, joining traditional swimming as among the world's most popular fitness programs. Whether you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or simply want to try a new way to get fit, we have an aquatics program that will suit you.
We offer more than 10 water aerobic classes throughout the week with a variety of styles. Try our Water Weights or Hi Low Aqua classes. Perhaps the therapeutic Aqua Arthritis or Aqua Low Impact classes are what you need. Whatever your preference, we have a class to suit your style.
Cardio Kickboxing
Kick and punch your way to fitness! Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and muscle endurance and combines aerobics and body toning while learning self-defense. Our classes blend boxing, martial arts, and sports conditioning drills. With music and the energy of a group fitness setting and it’s a fast paced, fun packed workout!
Cycling
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning. You can vary your programs so that you can alternate between fitness and fat burning, or a program that includes both. And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.
Aerobics
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.
Resist A Ball
Overall body workout using the Swedish ball and other resistance equipment.
Body Sculpt
This class incorporates every muscle group in the body. It is a full body workout to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Cross Training
An intense muscle toning class that gives you an overall body workout using calisthenincs, weights and other resistance equipment. A combination cardio and strenght workout!
Group Exercise
Do it in a group! The beauty of exercising to music with a group and being led by a group exercise leader is that you tend to work harder and longer than you would on your own. The support provided by classmates who share your quest for a better body and mind can hasten success for everyone involved. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!
Swim Lessons
Get ready for the summer! Swim lessons will provide instruction for all age groups and skill levels on stroke development, environmental safety concerns and water fun! Enjoy receiving instruction from a competitive swimmer with over 8 years of experience. Registration is required. Ratio: 1:10. Limited space available. Yoga and Pilates
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.
