A weight class for everyone using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.It will tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. A 45 minute non-impact workout in the deep end without stress to the joints. Swimming is not required. It could consist of running, skiing, relays, intervals and more.
