Get your full-body workout in a moderate to high-intensity box circuit.  Participants will cycle through stations which include a combination of weight-resistance (strength training), cardio (heart/lungs), balance stations, and flexibility. Come check us out!

GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training designed with short rounds of high intensity exercises followed by strategic recovery.  Be ready to burn more than 500 calories in 30 minutes.  Strength–Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit. Cardio–Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. Plyo–Explosive agility training to build a lean and athletic body.
