A weight class for everyone using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.It will tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation and great music you get in a BodyPump class will help you achieve much more than you would be able to on your own! Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your class safe and fun.

You’ll workout in 3 to 5 minute blocks, take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work! It’s called BodyFit because it is Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits- so your body has to adapt.  That’s how you get in such insane shape so quickly.
