A 45 minute non-impact workout in the deep end without stress to the joints.  Swimming is not required.  It could consist of running, skiing, relays, intervals and more.

A class designed to walk a variety of different ways using the resistance of water.  The class will also condition your muscles by using a variety pieces of equipment.  Walking 30 minutes in the water is like walking two miles out of the water.**
