LesMills GRIT

GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training designed with short rounds of high intensity exercises followed by strategic recovery.  Be ready to burn more than 500 calories in 30 minutes.  Strength–Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit. Cardio–Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. Plyo–Explosive agility training to build a lean and athletic body.

A weight class for everyone using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.It will tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. You’ll workout in 3 to 5 minute blocks, take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work! It’s called BodyFit because it is Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits- so your body has to adapt.  That’s how you get in such insane shape so quickly.
