These classes focus on a variety of movements, in a variety of sequences, using varying amounts of resistance. These classes are time-oriented (completing the work in a certain amount of time) or task-oriented (the workout is finished when the task is complete) Members: $25 Non Members: $40
In everyday life, we are constantly doing activities that create imbalances in our bodies. These postures and movement imbalances can lead to unnecessary wear and tear on our muscles and joints and make us more susceptible to chronic pain and injuries. The class will focus on movements designed to create balance, stability, and/or mobility in areas that are not functioning properly. The goal is to keep you mobile for Life!
A combination of cardio and dance movement focusing on isometric resistance training and the sacred art of belly dance. This movement and wellness class is geared to provide strength training and low impact cardiovascular exercise to participants.
