Gentle Yoga
8:30 am – 9:25 am

Relax, stretch and strengthen in this combination class of Yoga and basic stretching.  Reduce stress and enhance your flexibility.  A little bit less than a regular yoga class.

ChoreoStep (2nd & 4th Sunday of month)
9:30 am – 10:15 am

 A cardiovascular workout adaptable to an intermediate to advance level incorporating movements on and around the step platform.

– A class designed to move your body all around.  You will learn how to do the rumba, salsa, and many more latin moves.  It is all prechoreographed workouts to an individual song.  Great for all levels and lots of fun.

Pump Fit
10:35 am – 11:20 am

A barbell group exercise class designed to work all muscle groups. Choreographed to be the same in every class.  Routines for this class change every three months.

4:00 pm – 4:45 pm

A class to improve flexibility, strength and develop control and endurance of the entire body.  It emphasis on alignment, breathing, coordination and balance.  Great for everyone.
