LesMills GRIT

GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training designed with short rounds of high intensity exercises followed by strategic recovery.  Be ready to burn more than 500 calories in 30 minutes.  Strength–Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit. Cardio–Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. Plyo–Explosive agility training to build a lean and athletic body.

This is a class designed to give an individual a non-stop cardiovascular workout.  The body will be in constant motion.  Great for everyone!!

A weight class for everyone using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.It will tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. The rep effect–a scientifically proven Les Mills formula – is the secret to developing lean athletic muscle without the need for heavy weights. The encouragement, motivation and great music you get in a BodyPump class will help you achieve much more than you would be able to on your own! Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your class safe and fun. 

Deep Water Workout
11:15 am – 12:00 pm

A 45 minute non-impact workout in the deep end without stress to the joints.  Swimming is not required.  It could consist of running, skiing, relays, intervals and more.

You’ll workout in 3 to 5 minute blocks, take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work! It’s called BodyFit because it is Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits- so your body has to adapt.  That’s how you get in such insane shape so quickly.
