Are you ready for the fitness world to fuse?  You have it now with XY! A dynamic exercise class that infuses aspects of yoga and HIIT for intense interval training that is sure to burn calories and make you sweat!

A class to improve flexibility, strength and develop control and endurance of the entire body.  It emphasis on alignment, breathing, coordination and balance.  Great for everyone.

A class to increase your range of motion, flexibility, muscle strength, cardiovascular health through joint protected exercises.  Great for everyone even if you don’t have arthritis.  Held in therapy pool.

These classes focus on a variety of movements, in a variety of sequences, using varying amounts of resistance.  These classes are time-oriented (completing the work in a certain amount of time) or task-oriented (the workout is finished when the task is complete)  Members: $25    Non Members: $40

A 30-minute workout that will give you a stronger core and back, while at the same time a whole body workout shaping up your waist line.

Total Water Workout
7:15 pm – 8:00 pm

This is a class designed to give an individual a non-stop cardiovascular workout.  The body will be in constant motion.  Great for everyone!!

7:30 pm – 8:15 pm

– A class designed to move your body all around.  You will learn how to do the rumba, salsa, and many more latin moves.  It is all prechoreographed workouts to an individual song.  Great for all levels and lots of fun.
