BoxPerience– Looking for a way to get in better shape, lose weight and build your self confidence? Then Boxperience is for YOU! This class incorporates boxing basics as well as overall conditioning. Punching drills, jump roping, body weight conditioning and mitt work will increase your cardio and strength results in an incomparable total body workout. Hard work is required, but satisfaction is guaranteed! Boxing hand wraps are needed and can be purchased from instructor. Program runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:30-9:30am, or 5:30-6:30pm, for 4 weeks (12 classes). Must be 16 or older to participate.
