2K Knockout Fitness- Looking for a way to get in better shape, lose weight and build your self confidence? These boxing classes deliver. During this course, Keith Kemp, instructor and personal trainer, teaches Boxing basics as well as overall conditioning. The combination of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises results in an incomparable total body workout. And if losing weight is your goal, this class is your answer. Hard work is required, but satisfaction is guaranteed! You’ll need to purchase Boxing Hand Wraps for the course, but these can be purchased from the instructor, the first day of class. PM Classes run twice a week for 4 weeks, on Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:45-9:45pm  AM Classes run three times a week for 4 weeks, on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6:00-7:00am
