The most common type of personal Training is available for one on one, however, 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 training is also available.  Group training can be scheduled with an individual trainer or join one of the specially designed groups already running.

If you are looking to bring a friend or meet someone new to workout with, try our 2 on 1 personal training sessions!  2 on 1 workouts are an affordable way to reach your health and fitness goals along with a friend or partner. You will not only be motivated to push harder by your trainer, but by your training partner as well!  2 on 1 personal training sessions are ideal for those who are on similar levels of fitness to keep a fast paced, competitive atmosphere.
